What do I mean by healing? 

As an integrative mindset coach, I work with you to create lasting, meaningful change. This is gained when you overcome the harmful habits and programmed patterns that prevent fulfilment. We all have had to overcome obstacles in order to grow. For some, hardship is experienced through trauma, while for others, it may be through everyday life experiences. Regardless of the journey, in order to move forward, you need to heal the past.

I use multiple modalities to start the transformation. Starting with a CTC at the beginning of your coaching provides the baseline healing necessary to propel you into living a fulfilling life.

Reiki - Usui Shiki Ryoho

Reiki (Ray-Key) is a Japanese word meaning "Universal Life Energy" which is the energy found in all things. The Usui System of Reiki healing applies this energy through touch for the purpose of healing. 

A Reiki treatment supports the whole person - physically, emotionally,mentally and spiritually. It has been documented to relax muscles, still the mind and ease pain. You will receive hands on areas of your body fully clothed which allows Reiki to flow through from me to you. This transfer of Reiki can be felt as heat, cold, vibration or unusual heaviness. It stimulates a process that brings a clearer sense of self, deepening self-love and a growing awareness of one's true self.

Neuro Linguistic Programming Practitione

Neuro-Linguistic Programming

This is an integral part of the CTC session. It utilises the science of human behaviour on both verbal and non-verbal levels. By simply changing the coding of an experience, you can change your feelings, your internal state, and your world. It allows you to change on the deeper, unconscious level that gives you transformational change. It offers you a way to deliberately use your brain to achieve the life you desire. Isn't that what we all want? 

This is an integral part of the CTC session, and it uses the NLP model where people relate an event from their history. It helps us move from the emotion of the memory to the lesson of the experience. It is critical to reframe our experiences for what they were and not for the emotion that has been allowed to shape beliefs and behaviours. This means that you can heal emotions and memories using your own resources. It is a powerful part of the CTC. It is done in minutes instead of days and months, and it can help you to live your best life.

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Technique, and it was first introduced in 1995. However, the history of energy healing goes back 5,000 years to the Neolithic period, during which healers used acupuncture treatment points. EFT also utilises the Chinese meridian system.


EFT is based on the belief that all negative emotions are a disruption in the body's energy system. Tapping on the meridian points targets the beliefs and fears that hold you back and enables you to live the life you were born to live.

EFT is a core component of all sessions and is available as part of a CTC session as a or stand-alone treatment. Contact me to talk about how it can help you.

Meditation has been practised for thousands of years to provide spiritual, physical, and emotional well-being. Scientific research shows that meditation is directly related to decreased anxiety and depression and increased pain tolerance. It has also been found to improve memory, self-awareness, and goal setting. ​

In an eight-week study, researchers found that in the brains of those who practiced meditation, grey matter was denser in areas associated with learning, memory processing, and emotional regulation. Meditation is a way to work out the brain, relax, and recharge.​
